About this program

The US Bropen is a private annual golf trip. Registered trip attendees may choose to receive text-message notifications when the trip director posts a new activity (dinners, excursions, tee times) or a trip update such as a schedule or travel change.

This program is available only to named attendees of a specific trip. It is not marketing, it is not open to the public, and there is no way to sign up from this page.

What messages you will receive

  • New activity posted — a dinner, excursion, or tee time added to the trip schedule, with a link to RSVP.
  • Director notices — trip updates such as schedule changes, travel or transport changes, and logistics announcements.

You will not receive marketing messages, promotional offers, or messages about anything other than the trip you are registered for.

Message frequency

Messages are event-driven and low volume — sent only when the director actually posts something. In practice this is typically a few messages per week in the weeks leading up to the trip, and none at all outside of that.

How attendees opt in

Consent is collected inside the attendee’s own trip account, not on this page:

  1. The attendee signs in to their US Bropen trip account.
  2. They open Notification Settings.
  3. They enter their own mobile number and enable the SMS toggle.

The SMS toggle is off by default and cannot be enabled without the attendee entering a mobile number themselves. Numbers already on the trip roster are never enrolled automatically. Changing the number on file clears the prior consent and requires the attendee to consent again for the new number.

Opting out, and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. Also accepted: UNSTOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT. You will receive one confirmation and then no further messages.

US Bropen: You’re unsubscribed and won’t receive further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.

Reply HELP or INFO at any time for assistance.

Attendees can also turn SMS notifications off at any time from Notification Settings in their trip account, or switch to email instead.

Privacy

Mobile numbers collected for this program are used only to send the trip notifications described above. No mobile information is sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Numbers are shared only with our SMS delivery provider for the sole purpose of transmitting these messages.
