Who these terms are with
These terms cover your use of usbropen.com (the "Service"), which is operated by TSF INC, doing business as Technology Solutions, for the annual Bropen golf trip. By using the Service you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
Who may use the Service
The Service is for members and guests of the Bropen golf trip who have been invited by a trip director, and you must be 18 or older. Directors decide who has access and may turn access off.
Your account and links
Keep your sign-in details and any personal or scoring links private. You are responsible for activity under them. Tell us at contact@techsolhq.com if you think someone else has access.
What you post
You keep ownership of the messages and photos you post. You give us permission to store them and show them to the other members of your trip so that the Service works. Do not post anything unlawful, harassing or hateful, anyone else's private information, or photos of people who would not want them shared. Directors may hide content, and we may remove it.
Using the Service fairly
Do not try to see another trip's information, interfere with the Service, scrape it, or enter scores or results you know to be false.
Scores, results and AI-written content
Scores and results are entered by users and may contain mistakes. Settle-up figures are a convenience, calculated from the scores and settings entered, and are not financial advice. Live commentary and trip recaps are written with the help of an AI service and may contain errors or opinions that do not match what happened.
Notices
We may send email about your trip. Text messages are sent only if you opt in, as described on our text-message consent page.
Third-party services
The Service relies on other providers, listed in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for their services.
Availability and changes
The Service is provided as is and as available. We may change, pause or end it, or a feature, at any time, and we do not promise it will always be available or error-free.
Disclaimer and limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, and TSF INC and the trip directors are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss beyond the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us, if any. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending access
You may stop using the Service at any time. A director or we may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or put the Service or other members at risk.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Fresno County, California, and you and we consent to those courts.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will update the date above. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept it.
